I consent to CE Industries a.s., with its registered office at Sokolovská 675/9, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID: 089 39 187 ("Controller"), and all its subsidiaries and sister companies forming the CE Industries group ("Group"), processing my personal data for the purposes listed below. I give my consent for the purpose of:

inclusion in the database of job applicants within the CE Industries Group

sharing my profile among the Group companies for the purpose of offering suitable job positions

recording, assessment, selection, and contacting in connection with the recruitment process

The consent also covers personal data that I have provided to the Controller or that is publicly available about me on professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).

I agree to the sharing of personal data among the companies of the CE Industries Group within the EU, for the purpose of operating a joint candidate database and recruitment. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

The processed personal data includes personal and presented data, in particular name and surname, date of birth, nationality, obtained degrees, detailed contact information including permanent residence, e-mail, phone number, education and work experience, internships and part-time jobs, current job positions, knowledge and skills, requirements for the sought job position, and other related optional items.

Personal data is processed to the extent filled in by the job applicant in the registration form and, in the case of submission or electronic upload of a CV, to the extent of the personal data stated therein or to the extent of information publicly available on relevant internet networks.

The processing of personal data is carried out at the Controller’s registered office, either automatically using IT means and/or manually in the form of files, by authorized employees of the Controller or in cooperation with an external processor.

The company Datacruit s.r.o., with its registered office at Václavské nám 1, Prague 1, 110 00, Company ID: 03545652, acts as a processor of the processed personal data, whose processing of personal data complies with applicable legal regulations and ensures adequate protection of the data subject’s rights. The processor has access to personal data only for the necessary period and to the necessary extent. Personal data is not transferred to third countries.

The processing of personal data will take place for 5 years unless this consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn earlier.

The granted consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time free of charge. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

In relation to personal data, the job applicant has the right to access their personal data, to correct or supplement their personal data, to request restriction of processing, to object or complain about processing in certain cases, to request data portability, to be informed about a personal data breach in certain cases, to erasure of personal data in certain cases, to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with their request or other initiative, or in case of infringement of their personal rights, to seek appropriate satisfaction in accordance with legal regulations or to claim compensation for damages.

If the job applicant requests confirmation as to whether or not their personal data is being processed, the Controller will provide the relevant confirmation and, where applicable, further information about the processing of personal data as part of their right of access.

The provided personal data is secured by standard procedures and technologies. The Controller guarantees regular checks to ensure the system does not contain vulnerabilities and has not been attacked, and uses such security measures as can reasonably be required to prevent unauthorized access to the provided personal data, and which, given the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The adopted security measures are regularly updated.

Except as provided by law, the Controller is obliged to destroy personal data once the period for which consent was granted has expired or in the event of its withdrawal. In such a case, it is not possible to include and keep the job applicant in the Controller’s records.
