AI Coordinator

As the AI Services Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of AI Services SK&CZ and driving the success of the AI Services team. You will coordinate team activities, foster innovation, facilitate communication, and help develop leadership capabilities within the team. This position is ideal for someone with a mix of technical understanding, organizational skills, and a passion for team development.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for the areas of team coordination, personnel development, motivation and development of the team
  • Organize and conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to support their growth and address concerns
  • Initiate and drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and new approaches
  • Plan and facilitate team meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
  • Support Head of AI Services SK&CZ from organizational standpoint, acting as a deputy when needed
  • Leading WeGrow dialogues
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning, especially in leadership and AI-related topics
  • Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to align on goals and share best practices
  • Help organize and participate in cross-team projects and initiatives
  • Improve internal team processes and workflows for greater efficiency
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Perform other supportive duties as assigned
  • Represent DTSE
