AI Project Manager – Marketing & Communication

• Develop impactful AI use cases and deliver solutions in close collaboration with business partners
• Manage AI projects: oversee timelines, resolve challenges, and guide teams with agile practices
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and make complex topics accessible to stakeholders
• Foster agile practices and ensure effective alignment between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders
• Drive marketing & communication activities: plan campaigns, create content, manage internal channels, and community updates
• Organize events and initiatives to raise visibility and engagement, e.g. AI in Finance

• Fluency in written and spoken English, and German would be an advantage
• University degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business or IT-related field
• Proven track record in technical project management, ideally in international or complex environments
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) – certifications are an advantage
• Solid technical understanding of IT, AI, and Data Science technologies
• Strong interest or experience in Marketing & Communication
• Basic coding skills are a plus (Python)
• Experience with event organization, internal/external communications, or social media content creation is welcomed
