We are looking for AI enthusiast, who has ability to draw processes from different business areas, map system landscape and combine his/her skills to implement AI technology.
As a Solution Designer, you perform requirement analyses while taking specific business needs and implications into account and develop business and process models within the scope of Agentic AI and AI solutions, including alignment with relevant stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Contributing to Agentic AI and AI solution concepts for the further development of virtual or physical products and services, considering specific business requirements
• Assessing requirements, integration into technology solutions, and technological implementation options (bridging business and technology), as well as clarifying current operational prerequisites and the use of existing interfaces with stakeholders
• Creating technical design documents (e.g., functional specifications) as well as cost benefit analyses, primarily for Agentic AI and AI solutions
• Supporting the technical implementation, testing, and approval processes (including necessary project management tasks and documentation) in collaboration with relevant departments and/or external service providers
• Leading projects
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
• Strong experience in specifying complex IT solutions within sophisticated IT system landscapes, particularly in the AI domain
• Extensive knowledge in the application of IT processes, methods, and tools, as well as in business analysis and quality assurance
• Good experience working with agile project methodologies
• Solid understanding of cost benefit analysis principles and tools
• English B2/C1
