We are seeking a Application Specialist

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who is looking for stability - the contract is signed for a minimum of 5 years (contract is for indefinite period)
  • Someone who is willing to learn applications from the oil/gas industry 



What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Providing Application Services for a certain portfolio of business applications within a specific domain.
  • Responsibilities include processing incidents and service requests, executing problem management for L2 and L3 tickets, and developing and implementing changes involving code modifications.
  • Maintaining IT system documentation and SLA

What experience should you have:

  • hands-on experience with Servers mgmt - Linux or Windows, Oracle or MSSQL
  • Scripting languages - Python or Powershell or Bash
  • Understanding of cloud and ITIL framework
  • Experience and technical skills with a hands-on approach are essential in this role
  • Fluency in English
