In this role, you will have the opportunity to moderate assessment procedures, utilize diagnostic methods with candidates of diverse international backgrounds, and contribute to the enhancement of our diagnostics products and procedures.
As a Assessment Center Expert, you will play a crucial role in interpreting assessment results, generating insightful reports, and evaluating selection procedures for optimization. Your expertise in observation, communication, and training will be invaluable as you engage with candidates in both virtual and face-to-face assessments.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
