Assessment center expert

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a  Assessment Center Expert. In this role, you will have the opportunity to moderate assessment procedures, utilize diagnostic methods with candidates of diverse international backgrounds, and contribute to the enhancement of our diagnostics products and procedures.

As a Assessment Center Expert, you will play a crucial role in interpreting assessment results, generating insightful reports, and evaluating selection procedures for optimization. Your expertise in observation, communication, and training will be invaluable as you engage with candidates in both virtual and face-to-face assessments.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Moderation of assessment procedures (LQGs, ACs & DCs) and observation of respective candidates
  • Moderation to be done in virtual and/or face2face assessments
  • Use of diagnostics methods with candidates of different international origins
  • Responsibility for the proper use of diagnostic quality standards
  • Interpretation of results and creation of respective reports
  • Performing evaluations of selection procedures and identifying the need for optimization
  • Further development of our diagnostics products and procedures as project member or lead

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

  • Good observation, listening & communication skills in general
  • Experience in training or coaching situations
  • Psychological or sociological background appreciated
  • Willingness to learn
  • Fluent in German, preferable also in English
  • You dispose of the ability to use new communication and collaboration methods actively
