As a B2B Order Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer order processing and delivering exceptional service to key accounts. You will manage significant order volumes and coordinate with various internal teams to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
Operative Order Management:
- Oversee and process B2B orders from initial entry to final delivery using SAP.
- o Handle all Amazon Europe order entries (for the designated position).
- Ensure precise and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve any arising issues.
Complaint Management:
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or service.
- Communicate solutions effectively to customers and document complaint cases to identify trends.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers, including those in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and worldwide distributors.
- Provide outstanding service, responding to inquiries and supporting customers with product information.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on order statuses, fulfillment rates, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and present findings to management.
