B2B Order Manager - EMEA, DACH

We are partnering with Schleich, a global leader in toy manufacturing, to find exceptional talent for the role of B2B Order Manager. We are looking for 6 experienced professionals to join their dynamic team in Prague.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a B2B Order Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer order processing and delivering exceptional service to key accounts. You will manage significant order volumes and coordinate with various internal teams to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Operative Order Management: 

  • Oversee and process B2B orders from initial entry to final delivery using SAP.
  • o Handle all Amazon Europe order entries (for the designated position).
  • Ensure precise and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve any arising issues.
Complaint Management:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or service.
  • Communicate solutions effectively to customers and document complaint cases to identify trends.
Customer Service:
  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers, including those in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and worldwide distributors.
  • Provide outstanding service, responding to inquiries and supporting customers with product information.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze reports on order statuses, fulfillment rates, and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and present findings to management.

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Another European language is an advantage.
  • German fluency required for 2 of the positions, specific to DACH region
  • Experience with Amazon is highly desired for 1 position.
  • Proven experience in order management, customer service, or related fields.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (minimum 3 years).
  • Familiarity with Amazon portal processes is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
