Brand Operations Manager

Our client, OpSec, is a global leader in brand protection and intellectual property security. They specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to safeguard brands from counterfeiting, piracy, and unauthorized use. Their solutions help companies maintain trust, prevent revenue loss, and ensure that their intellectual property is secure in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Hold regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions with direct reports;

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide periodic constructive feedback on behavior and performance;

• Ensure high-quality KPI achievement and reporting from the team;

• Develop efficient workflow strategies for the team;

• Identify training and knowledge gaps and implement appropriate remedies;

• Implement goals and personal development initiatives as directed by management;

• Collaborate with HR and Training Teams to hire, onboard, and train new analysts;

• Foster collaboration between different OpSec teams to achieve strategic initiatives;

• Lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and standardizing workflows;

• Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure client objectives are met;

• Handle administrative tasks such as approvals for holidays and expenses;

• Promote the adoption of company policies and procedures;

• Perform other duties as assigned.


What experience should you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;

• Minimum of three (3) years of direct people management experience;

• Experience in managing cultural and organizational change with strong communication skills;

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and PowerPoint;

• Mid to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts;

• Experience in analytical reporting and creating impactful presentations;

• High fluency in English (written and spoken);

• Strong analytical and communication skills;

• Excellent time management and project management abilities;

• Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions;

• Self-motivated and adaptable to client and organizational changes;

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of project and account outcomes.
