Chief Accountant

Your responsibilities will include:

- Comprehensive accounting management in compliance with applicable legal regulations and accounting standards,

- Asset registration, inventory reconciliation, and depreciation,​

- Warehouse management,​

- Close collaboration with the financial manager and preparation of reports,​

- Posting of supplier invoices, bank transactions, depreciation and internal documents,

- Processing periodic accounting closures and tax returns – VAT, real estate tax,

- Preparing statistical reports and statements for the National Bank, ensuring accurate and timely information,

- Active communication in English with international departments on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,

- Responsibility for preparing documents for audits,

- Active cooperation with auditors, business partners, and tax advisors.

- At least 5 years of experience in accounting within the real estate and inventory management sector,

- Education in accounting, finance, or a related field,

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written,

- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis,

- Thorough knowledge of tax and accounting regulations,

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret data,

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
