Compensation Analyst (80% home office policy)

Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compensation strategy to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of compeny’s compensation strategy, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and financial plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive benchmarking to understand industry trends.
  • Utilize findings to recommend adjustments and enhancements to existing compensation structures.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary planning, increases, and incentive compensation.
  • Ensure programs are administered in compliance with policy and government regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to HR business partners, an management on compensation-related matters, including offer recommendations, job evaluations, and policy interpretations.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of legislation changes that impact compensation.
  • Leverage data analytics to generate insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present reports to HR leadership and senior management.

What experience should you have:

  • 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related area, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in compensation market analysis tools, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence decision-making processes.
  • Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
