The company is currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) who will support B2B customers in the German market.

Location: Alkmaar

What will be your key responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Providing customers with product, order and delivery information
Processing and coordinating customer orders
Entering and releasing orders in the system
Following up on orders, deliveries and open customer requests
Handling complaints, returns and other customer issues
Supporting commercial and Inside Sales activities
Maintaining and developing good customer relationships
Working closely with your dedicated Account Manager for Germany
Coordinating with internal departments regarding orders, logistics and customer requirements
Cooperating with the international Call Centre team in Poland
Keeping customer and order information accurate and up to date
The role combines Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support and Inside Sales
Working within a team of seven colleagues

What experience should you have:

Fluent or near-native German, both written and spoken
Good English skills for communication within the international organisation
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Order Management or a similar B2B position
Experience with customer enquiries, order processing and complaint handling
A commercial and customer-oriented mindset
Good communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone and email
A structured and accurate way of working
The ability to manage several customer requests and orders at the same time
A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Experience working with German B2B customers is a strong advantage.
