Customer Service Representative with French
Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics, uniqueness, and functionality.
They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative - French speaking (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional service to customers and retailers, fostering strong relationships and a lasting positive impact.
- Offering comprehensive support, covering “Order desk” tasks, product support, and administrative duties.
- Ensuring accurate customer data maintenance in ERP (M3) and CRM (SF) systems.
- Managing order reception, processing, and tracking via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Overseeing order registration, shipment, and invoicing in Demandware, Altapay, and M3 systems.
- Handling invoicing, credit notes, transport, product claims, returns, and exchanges.
- Engaging in varied administrative team responsibilities.
- Collaborating across company functions to fulfill unique customer needs.
- Adapting to support other markets within an international, multilingual team.
What experience should you have:
- Commercial Education
- First experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent French and fluency in English are a must
- Strong service mentality, ready to implement the visions, philosophies, and strategies of the company
- Interest in working with and supporting international teams
- Ability to work independently
