Cut-Over Manager Planning for Olympus program - Brno

As Cut-Over Manager Planning, you will be responsible for the Cut-over plan of Olympus Go-Live. Our Cut-over plan is documented in our Cut-over playbook will define precisely what steps & tasks are taken by whom to ensure our Cut-Over weekend and our technical and business Go-Live. The playbook is the basis for steering of all tasks required.

Your role involves steering all entities required to realize this Cut-Over plan and playbook as well as its continuously update. Together with all organizations involved you check and detail our plan and realize the backbone of our Go-Live in January 2027.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Create and implement our Cut-over plan and playbook for Business Go-Live and Technical Go-Live
The playbook defines all Go-Live steps in Technology and Business including the Cut-Over Weekend.
Coordinate local Cut-Over teams in our Segments and NatCos to create the program plan and playbook.
Ensure completeness and high quality of Cut-over planning and playbook.
Ensure plan readiness for our Cut-over and Business Go-Live and Technical Go-Live
Ensure successful Business & technical Cut-over and Go-live for all systems, organizations and users.
Provide regular progress reporting. Escalate issues to Cut-over team lead and the central project and local management

What experience should you have:

7+ years’ experience conducting requirement analysis and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language
Ability to effectively present and demonstrate project progress and results to business partners and on management level
Proven experience in managing end-to-end process and system integration projects
Strong leadership skills in resource planning, budgeting, and team coordination for complex projects/ rollout activities
In-depth understanding of business process design, solution design, and technical build phases
Knowledge of Cut-Over and Go-live procedures for technical Go-Live and Business Go-Live
Expertise in Cut-over plan and playbook creation for a business & technical Go-Live and Cut-Over Set-up and Management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and gap analysis capabilities
