Data Science & AI Architect Lead

Your mission: Architect & Lead.

You will be the pillar of our team, taking ownership of a robust pipeline of high-impact projects for global and local clients. As a senior leader, you will:

• define Data & AI roadmaps and design architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to automate complex business processes
• translate client goals into data-driven solutions and champion them with stakeholders
• lead complex data science projects and oversee the rollout of predictive models that provide a competitive edge
• act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and tailored training to meet diverse client needs
• lead & mentor 6 colleagues in the AI & Data team.

Your expertise 

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a continuous learning mindset and professional fluency in Czech and English.

• hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• proficiency in Databricks (Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI) to unify engineering and analytics
• expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a deep understanding of MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, and scalability)
• exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with people and navigate all seniority levels.
