Delivery Lead

• We’re looking for a Salesforce Delivery Lead who wants real ownership: shaping delivery governance, growing teams, influencing solution design, and partnering with clients on meaningful transformation journeys. You will be a key driver in scaling our Salesforce practice—shaping how we deliver, how teams grow, and how clients experience Actum.
• As Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will own delivery excellence across implementation projects and managed services, ensuring our solutions are scalable, commercially sound, and built to last. You will act as a trusted leader for both clients and teams—balancing strategy, execution, and people development.
• Projects span SMB to enterprise clients across Europe and the USA, covering complex multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystems.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring:

• Steering consistent, high-quality delivery and scalable solutions
• Steering strong delivery governance for both project delivery and managed services/support
• Impactful contribution during pre-sales and commercial soundness of delivery
• Continuous development of team skills and capabilities across Salesforce clouds

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve delivery governance across:
• Multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Managed services and support engagements
• Act as a senior escalation point for delivery, risks, and complex technical challenges
• Play a key role in pre-sales, shaping:
• Scoping, estimations, delivery models, and solution quality
• Build and grow high-performing teams:
• Skills assessment, coaching, career development, certification planning
• Define and evolve delivery standards, best practices, and quality frameworks across the Salesforce practice

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience leading Salesforce deliveries across multiple clouds:
• Sales, Service, Partner, Revenue Cloud (RCA), Agentforce, Field Service, Marketing Cloud (or similar)
• Developer and DevOps experience is a plus
• Proven leadership experience in a Salesforce consultancy or agency environment
• Strong understanding of managed services and support models
• Ability to translate complex business needs into pragmatic, scalable Salesforce solutions
• A genuine passion for mentoring, coaching, and growing people
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (Czech and/or German is a plus)
• Based in the Czech Republic
