Role Context: The Delivery Lead will oversee delivery quality and governance across a Salesforce-focused organization (approx. 30 people). The division includes different engagement types, including large projects where Actum mainly provides staffing capacity without active delivery management — those engagements are not the primary scope for this role. The role focuses on engagements where Actum actively owns delivery quality, project governance, and client outcomes.
Main Purpose of the Role: The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring:
- Consistent, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across Salesforce engagements
- Strong delivery governance for both project delivery and managed services/support
- Active delivery and solution contribution during pre-sales
- Continuous development of team skills and capabilities across Salesforce clouds
- Projects range from SMB to Enterprise and span Europe and the USA.
