We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. In this role, you will combine people analytics, dashboard development, and product thinking to build scalable insights solutions and improve how we understand and act on employee feedback.
What You’ll Do
- Build and develop scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or or code-/AI-based tools) for employee insights with excellent UX
- Translate data into clear and actionable insights
- Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and consistent governance
- Work with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and org management tools
- Analyze and improve existing processes for scalability and efficiency
- Structure, plan, and steer complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Support decisions on tools, data architecture, and analytics setup
- Drive innovation using modern analytics approaches, including AI and automation
