E-Commerce Key Account Manager - Prague

We are looking for E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our client's e-commerce team. It's a dynamic environment where you definitely won't get bored. Is this you?

What will be your key responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy: Manage digital key accounts, develop joint business following commercial goals and KPIs, lead negotiations.
Online Activation: Optimize e-retailer platforms and user experience to maximize conversions.
Data Analysis: Track online sales performance and optimize digital media investments.
Collaboration: Partner with marketing and supply chain making sure the key internal stakeholders are aligned to drive business forward

What experience should you have:

Education & Experience: University degree with min 3 years sales experience (E-commerce).
E-Commerce & Negotiation: Proven ability to manage digital accounts and drive commercial agreements.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Skilled at interpreting data to identify challenges and propose growth solutions.
Relationship & Collaboration: Strong communicator who builds trust with partners and aligns seamlessly with internal teams.
Agility & Language: A growth mindset with business-fluent English.
