Field Service Engineer - Europe

What will be your key responsibilities:
- Commissioning, repair and maintenance of smaller systems or system components worldwide at the customer's site
- Commissioning of systems or system components worldwide at the customer's premises, including training of customer personnel
- Supporting the customer company until the system is adjusted to satisfaction and can be handed over in working order
- Regular maintenance in accordance with framework agreements
- Carrying out repairs at the plant
- Support of experienced colleagues
- Supporting technical support during non-travel times
What experience should you have:
- Solid technical foundation with training in electronics, mechatronics, plastics molding, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of technical principles, practical skills, and attention to detail.
- Hands-on vocational experience or advanced skills through further professional development or academic studies.
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable working environment
- Ideally, experience with plastic processing systems or components
- Service and sales affinity
- Independent way of working and solution-oriented thinking
- Experience in the field of MSR technology
- Ability to read circuit diagrams (including P&I)
- Good organization of work processes, even under deadline pressure
- Independent way of working and solution-oriented thinking
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel internationally frequentlyEurope-wide and occasionally worldwide
- Assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in critical tools such as Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
