Finance and Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a Finance and Reporting Analyst who is passionate about playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial operations and contributing to our ambitious growth plans.

As a Finance and Reporting Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving key reporting and analysis processes that guide the bank’s strategic direction.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Preparation and enhancement of internal and regulatory reports.
  • Active participation in budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Analyzing the bank's performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Evaluating products and business processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Providing regular support and insights to the CFO, CRO, CEO, CMO, and the Management Board.
  • Engaging in communication with regulatory and supervisory authorities.

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis and/or reporting, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proficient in Excel, with advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working with large data sets and interpreting complex results.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
