French-Speaking Customer Service Supervisor

We are looking a candidate for the role of Customer Service Supervisor fluent in French, who will collaborate closely with the Head of Customer Care to ensure exceptional customer partnerships, focusing on the French market.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of 8-10 members
  • Ensuring high standards of Customer Experience through effective phone coverage, backups, and a professional approach
  • Identifying areas for improvement in European Customer Service processes and procedures, aligned with the Head of Customer Care
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders such as sales, cash collection, finance, and warehouse teams
  • Representing the Customer Service organization in stakeholder meetings and acting on Customer Experience feedback
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout service incidents, prioritizing customer loyalty with a sense of urgency

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced proficiency (C2 level) in French
  • Robust leadership skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated success in building and cultivating high-performing teams
  • Expertise in stress management, strong organizational structure, and goal-driven orientation
  • Proficiency in risk and project management with a customer-centric focus
  • Ability to forge strategic working relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills, adept at providing constructive feedback, mentoring, and coaching
