Group Franchise Project Specialist - Prague

As a Group Franchise Project Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing franchise projects from start to finish, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and reporting. You’ll use your analytical and presentation abilities to support project outcomes and collaborate effectively with different teams.

What will be your key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for franchise projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Prepare and present updates and final results to senior management
Communicate and collaborate with franchisees, management, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination
Create detailed reports to monitor project progress and results

What experience should you have:

Native proficiency in Czech and a minimum B2 level of proficiency in English
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to handle unexpected challenges
Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar) for task tracking, workflow management, and effective team collaboration
Knowledge of the franchising industry and relevant regulations is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
