HR Generalist (with Recruitment focus)

Our partner company is present across Europe and employing 450 people as one of the leading players in agricultural machinery industry. They are open to continuous development and valuing the innovative approach as an advantage.

Currently they are looking for a skilled HR Generalist with main focus on recruitment processes, who could have a key role in supporting the global HR Manager. The Italian plant is currently operating with a few of people, however their five-year plan contains continuous growing (70+ people).  They describe the current environment as a start-up and they are looking for a professional, who could build the processes from scratch with the background and support of a multinational company.

Their office is located in Ostiglia, Italy.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes: recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Managing employment contracts
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews
  • Undertake tasks around performance management, coordinate employee satisfaction surveys
  • Support the work of Global HR Manager
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

What experience should you have:

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist role
  • Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of Italian employment/labor law is must have
  • Confident use of English
  • Excellent communication skills, results driven approach
