HR Manager

The HR Manager will contribute to the local and the European People Power team, with the main following missions:

• Act as a link between the top management, the local management and the employees.

• Lead the digitalization in people power through the JSP ERP system.

• Apply one EMEA philosophy and ensure it is alive, manage a team of 3 people and offer day-to-day support to managers and employees across the company.

• Recruit new talents and guarantee appropriate induction plan. Organise close follow-up of new starters during on boarding plan.

• Ensure pleasant working environment and well-being at work.

• Guarantee the development of employees to prepare the future through dedicated programs and effective 

Your profile:

• Experience and background in Human Resources.

• Experience in an ERP system or HR software program.

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Flexibility and motivation.

• A positive and open mind.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in management.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
