Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally operating company with headquarters in Ulm in South Germany. For their strategic market in Poland, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) with Polish interested in pursuing a career in international B2B sales and account management and willing to relocate to Ulm, Germany.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Making proactive outbound calls into the Polish market, engaging with key contacts to generate after-sales revenue.
- Intensely learning the company's products and service offerings independently.
- Directly and professionally presenting or selling the client's product.
- Serving as the main liaison among the client’s business customers, the Regional Service Manager, and the clients.
- Building relationships with key contacts, attuning to their needs and requirements.
- Collaborating closely with field-based Regional Services Managers, establishing credibility and trust.
- Aiming to meet specific business and sales goals, adhering to essential external and internal standards.
- Representing the customer alongside the Regional Service Manager.
What experience should you have:
- Excellent communication skills in Polish (C2), written and verbal and professional English (C1) language skills, Russian (B2) is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience working on the Polish market.
- High-quality interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude, based on razor-sharp focus on achieving the business objective.
- Strong general business and commercial "intellect", and the right instinct to do the right thing in any given instance, ask the right questions, and to leverage this accordingly.
- This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday 40 hours / week.
