IT HW Support

IT Infrastructure Support:

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure including networks, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and other IT-related equipment.
• Technical Support:
• Provide hands-on technical support to warehouse staff for IT-related incidents.
• Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets on time.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and implement solutions.

Inventory Management:

• Keep track of IT inventory, including spare parts, cables, and network equipment.
• Manage asset lifecycle, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and software procurement.

System Monitoring & Maintenance:

• Monitor system performance (network traffic) to ensure optimal operation.
• Apply software updates, patches, and system upgrades as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.

Project Assistance:

• Support IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Assist in the rollout of new systems, applications, and devices.

• Experience in IT in a similar position for at least 1 year 
• Advanced knowledge: Windows, Android, MS Office, G-Suite, Network Technology awareness, IP Telephony, MFP, Laptop Installation 
• Willingness to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 6 - 14, 14 - 22:00)
• Ability to empathize with users' needs 
• Communicativeness, ability to prioritize well 
• Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking 
• Advanced knowledge of the English language 
• Ability to quickly learn new things and adapt to the environment
