IT Recruiter

Creative Dock is actively seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Manila, specifically within our new offices in Makati/Bonifacio BCG. This role is crucial for driving our expansion efforts by matching exceptional IT talent with the right opportunities. As a venture builder with a strong footprint in Prague, Germany, Switzerland, the MENA region, and now the Philippines, we're looking for someone who can navigate the vibrant tech landscape and contribute to our growth. This position involves a blend of recruitment (80%) and HR activities (20%), offering a dynamic work environment.

As an IT Recruiter at Creative Dock, you will:

• Managing the recruitment process for IT roles, accurately identifying technical requirements to match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top IT professionals, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to establish Creative Dock as a top employer for IT talent in Manila.
• Engage in 20% general HR activities, supporting the broader HR strategy and initiatives within the company.
• Operate within a year-long contract, with a focus on delivering impactful results and fostering long-term talent acquisition strategies.

Necessary Skills and Experiences:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies.
• Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• A hands-on approach to both recruitment and general HR tasks.
• Fluent English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Manila, with our offices located in Makati and Bonifacio BCG, offering a vibrant and dynamic working environment.
