Key responsibilities
• Build and execute a strategic account plan with clear priorities for revenue growth, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Orchestrate relationship governance: regular QBR/Steering, roadmaps, joint initiatives, and business reviews.
• Identify and develop cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the portfolio; coordinate presales/delivery resources as needed.
• Evolve framework agreements/MSA with focus on quality, scope, and sustainability of the partnership (formulated sensitively without quoting figures).
• Proactively discover client needs (regulation, investment programs, digitalization, data/AI, security) and translate them into concrete commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on expectations (SLA, change control, risks) and smooth handovers; commercial accountability remains with you.
• Lead forecast & pipeline in SAP (CRM) with high data quality and realistic predictions.
• Build credibility and long‑term relationships at C‑suite / senior stakeholder level (professional representation at relevant meetings and events).
