- Acting as a key point of contact for leasing and asset management activities, working with prospective tenants and external partners.
- Leading business development activities, including presentations, viewings and engagement with occupiers and operators.
- Managing leasing transactions end-to-end, from initial offer through to lease completion.
Shaping product and commercial strategy
- Bringing the client perspective into our projects, influencing product design and targeting strategy.
- Understanding occupier needs and translate them into relevant workspace solutions.
- Contributing to commercialization strategies across office, retail and mixed-use assets.
Collaboration across teams and partners
- Working closely with development, design, marketing and communications teams to align product and go-to-market approach.
- Coordinating external leasing agents, providing direction on negotiations, performance and marketing materials.
- Supporting the selection and management of external advisors across different asset classes.
Delivering marketing and leasing performance
- Providing occupier-focused insights to support marketing and communication strategies.
- Contributing to business plans for full commercialization of assets.
- Driving performance against leasing targets and broader commercial objectives.
Collaboration, reporting & financial management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across London and Europe to align leasing, financial and sustainability objectives.
- Analysing leasing opportunities to ensure alignment with financial targets and development appraisals.
- Providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
- Oversee leasing data, costs and processes, including CRM accuracy, agent fees and financial coordination.
- Work with sustainability teams to deliver client-facing performance insights (e.g. NABERS).
