Leasing & Asset Manager

We are looking for a Leasing Manager to join HB Reavis in London, where we create spaces that work for people and businesses to thrive. In this role, you will drive the commercial success of our flagship mixed-use assets, shaping how our buildings come to life from early planning through to operation. You’ll combine a strong focus on leasing performance with a client-first mindset—helping define our offer, influence design and deliver an exceptional experience aligned with our high-quality, people-centric standards.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What might appear on your to-do list?

Driving leasing and client relationships

  • Acting as a key point of contact for leasing and asset management activities, working with prospective tenants and external partners.
  • Leading business development activities, including presentations, viewings and engagement with occupiers and operators.
  • Managing leasing transactions end-to-end, from initial offer through to lease completion.

Shaping product and commercial strategy

  • Bringing the client perspective into our projects, influencing product design and targeting strategy.
  • Understanding occupier needs and translate them into relevant workspace solutions.
  • Contributing to commercialization strategies across office, retail and mixed-use assets.

Collaboration across teams and partners

  • Working closely with development, design, marketing and communications teams to align product and go-to-market approach.
  • Coordinating external leasing agents, providing direction on negotiations, performance and marketing materials.
  • Supporting the selection and management of external advisors across different asset classes.

Delivering marketing and leasing performance

  • Providing occupier-focused insights to support marketing and communication strategies.
  • Contributing to business plans for full commercialization of assets.
  • Driving performance against leasing targets and broader commercial objectives.

Collaboration, reporting & financial management

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across London and Europe to align leasing, financial and sustainability objectives.
  • Analysing leasing opportunities to ensure alignment with financial targets and development appraisals.
  • Providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Oversee leasing data, costs and processes, including CRM accuracy, agent fees and financial coordination.
  • Work with sustainability teams to deliver client-facing performance insights (e.g. NABERS).

What experience should you have:

Do you meet these criteria? You're already a strong candidate!

  • Relevant real estate background of at least 3 years, ideally with or working towards RICS qualification.
  • Proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Confident using CRM and business tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel & others) to support decision-making.
  • Client-focused relationship builder with experience in real estate or occupier-facing roles (landlord/client-side preferred).
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organisational skills and commercial mindset.

What do you get in return:

  • We offer a competitive and well‑rounded benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, growth and life outside of work.
  • Financial security from day one – pension, life assurance, income protection, private medical insurance and health cash plan.
  • Smart salary‑sacrifice options – including childcare support, season ticket loans, gym membership, cycle to work and an electric car scheme.
  • Flexible ways of working – while we are an office‑first organisation, we offer flexible working arrangements and working hours to help you balance work with your personal commitments.
  • Wellbeing & family support – employee assistance programme, health screenings, enhanced parental leave and access to wellbeing initiatives.
  • A workplace you’ll enjoy – award‑winning, wellbeing‑focused offices, regular social events, volunteering opportunities, healthy snacks and drinks.
  • Extra perks that matter – employee discounts and a referral bonus for recommending new colleagues.
  • Continuous learning & development – an individual development budget, an annual LLM licence tailored to your needs, and targeted development opportunities aligned with your goals.
