Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
• Organize and manage events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Assist in creating and localizing marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data, leads, and sales activities.
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in Czech, English, and German.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist with processing timesheets, invoices, and other administrative documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage internal documentation and correspondence related to sales and marketing activities.
