.NET Back-end developer

The project is focuses on digitalization and automation of processes in the pulp and paper industry. This project uses modern technology to optimise operations, improve efficiency and reduce costs. The main objectives are process automation and data digitalization.


What will be your key responsibilities:

A back-end developer working on the project using .NET, Azure, and event-driven architecture has several key tasks:


  • Development and maintenance of backend services: Using .NET Core and C# to create robust and scalable backend services that handle data processing and application logic.
  • Implementation of event-driven architecture: Utilizing Azure Event Grid or Azure Service Bus to implement an event-driven architecture that enables asynchronous communication between different system components. This includes designing and implementing event producers and event consumers that respond to events in real-time.
  • Integration with cloud services: Using Azure Functions for event processing and Azure Cosmos DB or Azure SQL Database for data storage. The backend developer must ensure these services are properly integrated and optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Automation and CI/CD: Setting up and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like Azure DevOps, which includes automating builds, testing, and deployment of applications.
  • Monitoring and logging: Implementing monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of applications, such as using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

What experience should you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience to develop Enterprise grade application using .NET is required
  • At least basic understanding of development native Azure solution is required
  • Experience from developing in any public cloud is a plus.
  • At least a basic understanding of event driven architectures
  • Familiar with git version control
  • Ability to work as team member using agile methodology
