Office & Events manager

The Office and Events Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic, engaging, and well-organized work environment while enhancing Rohlik’s presence in the local community. In addition to ensuring the smooth running of office operations, you will be responsible for developing internal communities, organizing strategic events, and leveraging technology and AI to improve operational efficiency.

This role blends traditional office management with community-building and event planningparticularly in areas like technology, e-commerce, and digital innovation, helping to position Rohlik as a thought leader in these fields.

Jaké budou vaše klíčové odpovědnosti:

  • Develop and implement smart office management systems to enhance workplace efficiency, using AI-driven scheduling, chatbots for office inquiries, and automated procurement tracking.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming, organized, and highly functional workspace, ensuring ergonomics, space optimization, and safety measures.
  • Oversee office budgets, tracking spending on supplies, maintenance, and facilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor office equipment and engage contractors for maintenance and cleaning as required.
  • Optimize technology usage in office management, incorporating AI-driven tools for office supplies tracking, digital check-ins, and smart security systems.
  • Develop and lead monthly events aimed at fostering professional communities within Rohlik and the local ecosystem—focusing on technology, e-commerce, logistics, and innovation.
  • Partner with startups, universities, and industry leaders to organize networking events, panel discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Organize and oversee internal cultural and engagement events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Establish local partnerships to boost Rohlik’s community presence, engaging with charities, sustainability initiatives, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
  • Implement AI-powered automation for event registrations, room bookings, and guest management.
  • Use data analytics to track engagement in events and optimize future initiatives based on participation trends

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Events Manager, or similar role with expertise in office administration and event planning.
  • Passion for building professional communities and hosting events that foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and budgeting skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and AI-driven office management solutions (e.g., automated scheduling, digital event platforms, and smart office tools).
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
