Process and Quality Manager for Wholesale

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join us as a Process and Quality Manager for Wholesale, supporting national and international initiatives in process design and optimization.

In this role, you will analyze and model business processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality, and drive the implementation of meaningful changes, including digitalization initiatives.

Acting as a key contact for process and quality topics within the wholesale area, you will define KPIs, coordinate audits, and manage cross-functional projects. You will collaborate closely with various departments and IT to continuously enhance end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and ensure high standards of performance and quality across the organization.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and modeling business processes within the area of responsibility • Identifying potential improvements in terms of efficiency and quality and proposing appropriate measures (e.g., digitalization)
• Defining process and quality KPIs • Monitoring agreed measures and conducting reviews/audits
• Advising the business on the design of systems, processes, and quality management in the respective area
• Designing, coordinating, and implementing improvements in process and quality management in collaboration with involved departments
• Acting as a subject matter expert and point of contact for internal process and quality owners
• Managing projects
• Designing and conducting internal/external reviews and audits
• Managing interfaces (interface management)
• Acting as a contact person for operational colleagues
• Defining and submitting requirements to IT

What experience should you have:

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance/Accounting
• Professional experience in a financial role within a company
• Experience in accounts receivable management with an economic and financial background
• Ability to understand the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process (invoicing, payments, collections, and dunning) Language Skills: German, English
• Experience with SAP
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end processes
• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and time management

• High level of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility for the assigned area of work

  • Relocation Bonus: Employees relocating from another country to Slovakia based on an employment contract with DTSE Slovakia are eligible for a EUR 1,500 relocation allowance, paid during the first three months of employment (EUR 500 per month).
