We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join us as a Process and Quality Manager for Wholesale, supporting national and international initiatives in process design and optimization.
In this role, you will analyze and model business processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality, and drive the implementation of meaningful changes, including digitalization initiatives.
Acting as a key contact for process and quality topics within the wholesale area, you will define KPIs, coordinate audits, and manage cross-functional projects. You will collaborate closely with various departments and IT to continuously enhance end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and ensure high standards of performance and quality across the organization.
