Process Improvement Lead PTP/OTC

The PTP/OTC Process Improvement Lead is a strategic role responsible for driving process
optimization and operational excellence within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC)
cycles. This position plays a pivotal role in identifying, designing, and implementing best-in-class
processes and automation that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the
organization. The role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end PTP and OTC processes to lead
cross-functional improvement initiatives

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Automation Leadership: Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with IT to implement technologies such as ERP upgrades and RPA tools.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead projects aimed at optimizing PTP and OTC processes, ensuring increased efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
  • Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to align process improvements with business needs and organizational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation and improvement initiatives.
  • Best Practices Integration: Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate relevant best practices into process improvement strategies

What experience should you have:

  • Relevant Experience: 6+ years of experience in accounting, with expertise in PTP and OTC processes.
  • Process Automation Focus: Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and implement technology solutions for process optimization.
  • Analytical and Improvement Skills: Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving process improvements that deliver measurable results.
  • Training and Change Management: Experience in delivering training programs and managing change initiatives to support process and technology adoption.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
