Purpose of the job:
The main focus will be on the customer relationship management for internal customers in the topic of Reporting and BI Services. Within your personal scope of duties, you will be responsible for the following issues:
• Project management: Set-Up and planning of projects (structures, organizations, phases, resources, budget, risk-mgmt. & reporting).
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned internal customers and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure together with other teams a satisfying service delivery for the customer
• Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services, contributing to revenue growth.
• Supporting or leading tasks & activities in Agile environment
• Project lead of small or medium sized (sub)projects
• Preparation of management presentations, status reports and documentation
• Tracking of action items and issues
• Risk management
• Communication to project team and relevant stakeholders
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
