Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and organizational skills to join our growing team at a leading insurance company. This role requires someone who can drive cross-functional initiatives, manage project lifecycles, and deliver results in a highly regulated industry.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple departments
  • Coordinate with underwriters, claims, compliance, and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Track project progress, manage budgets, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, compliance, and business requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and leadership teams

What experience should you have:

Requirements: 

  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, products, and regulatory environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
