The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing future-oriented leadership and organizational development solutions that support Deutsche Telekom's business strategy and transformation priorities. The role contributes expertise, research, and innovation to the evolution of the executive development portfolio and assumes end-to-end responsibility for selected executive development programs, strategic projects, and thought leadership initiatives. It acts as a subject matter expert on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and future capability topics while collaborating with stakeholders across the Group.
