Receivables Specialist with English and German

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Payment Processing: Allocate customer payments, reconcile partial payments, and issue credit notes.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate with customers regarding missing documents, send statements, and track overdue payments.
  • Account Management: Monitor accounts/portals, reconcile accounts, and implement payment plans.
  • Financial Operations: Release blocked documents in SAP, manage credit limits, and assess risks.
  • Receivables Management: Handle collections, manage insolvency cases, and collaborate with legal teams.
  • Reporting: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Data Maintenance: Update and manage customer AR data in SAP Finance module.

What experience should you have:

  • Strong background in receivables demonstrated by your accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) distinguishes you and shows your commitment to high financial standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills for financial data and identifying discrepancies.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Known for your organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written German and English is required.
