Senior Account Manager

We are looking for Senior account manager to Brussels, Belgium. Our companies offer a wide range of services, including ICT architecture design, infrastructure and cloud services, implementation of enterprise management applications, development of extensive proprietary software solutions, and outsourcing services.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and manage relationships within the European Union sector, including EU agencies, bodies, and institutions
  • Identify new business opportunities in the EU market
  • Acquire new clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell IT products and services to existing clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for existing EU clients, addressing their needs
  • Develop account plans for key clients, detailing objectives, strategies, and tactics to grow the account and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
  • Stay updated on current market trends
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, securing favorable terms for both parties
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
  • Travel within the EU region to meet clients and participate in sales meetings

What experience should you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the EU IT market
  • Proven experience working with the EU public sector
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in selling software and hardware products and solutions
  • Experience working in international teams
  • Office: Brussels, Belgium
