About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our market presence in the Czech Republic and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic account expansion, and outsourcing (bodyshop) partnerships. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and identifying strategic opportunities for long-term collaboration — particularly in the area of senior technical resource supply (bodyshopping) and digital transformation projects. This position requires a seasoned hunter with strong sales leadership skills, bodyshop practise, network and the ability to translate market opportunities into profitable engagements.
