Senior Business Development & Sales Lead (UAE-based)

What will be your key responsibilities:

Creative Dock is seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Development & Sales Lead to spearhead our client acquisition and partnership development efforts across the GCC. This pivotal role is at the intersection of strategic sales and consultative problem-solving, designed for an individual with profound insights into venture building, fintech, and corporate innovation ecosystems. Based in the UAE, this role is for a visionary leader who is ready to drive Creative Dock's growth in the fintech, govtech, and digital innovation domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the origination and execution of deals within the fintech, govtech, and digital innovation sectors.
  • Manage the entire BD cycle, from lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporates, sovereign entities, regulators, and ecosystem enablers.
  • Work closely with relevant CD teams to craft compelling client offers, pricing models, and capability narratives.
  • Act as Creative Dock's ambassador at events, forums, and within innovation networks in the UAE and the broader GCC region.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, consulting, or venture building, with a focus on fintech, govtech, or digital innovation.
  • A proven track record of securing large enterprise or government clients in the GCC.
  • Strong C-level access and existing relationships in the UAE's innovation sectors.
  • Exceptional skills in commercial storytelling, proposal building, and negotiation.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen interest in co-creating new ventures and exploring new business models.
