Senior Data Scientist

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, maintain, and troubleshoot machine learning models.
  • Plan and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses efficiently.
  • Transform prototype code into production-ready solutions.
  • Deploy models and establish workflows using current technology platforms.
  • Report directly to the Data Science Team Lead.

What experience should you have:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models, particularly in time-series forecasting.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience using key libraries such as scikit-learn, statsmodels, numpy, pandas, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Flask, and Streamlit.
  • Familiarity with MYSQL, Git, Actions, Docker, Apache Airflow, MLFlow, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Grafana.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, solid experimental design abilities, and flexibility to manage diverse tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
