Senior Expert for Credit Risk and Payments&Collection

We are looking for a Senior Expert Credit & Collections and Payments to provide functional leadership and drive harmonization and continuous improvement across our National Companies (NatCos). In this role, you will connect business, process, and IT perspectives, translating strategic priorities into scalable solutions that improve payment and collection capabilities, efficiency, and operational performance across the Group.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Credit & Collections and Payments Expert Group across NatCos, establishing an effective expert community, facilitating alignment on priorities, and driving joint initiatives and decisions.
• Lead the international payment projects implementation across NatCos, coordinating business and IT stakeholders, managing dependencies and implementation progress, identifying risks and ensuring successful adoption and rollout.
• Manage and optimize payment processing capabilities, ensuring efficient, reliable and customer-oriented payment processes while identifying opportunities for automation, standardization and simplification.
• Drive Credit & Collections and Payments process excellence, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the development of harmonized processes, standards and best practices across NatCos.
• Enable systematic knowledge sharing across NatCos, creating transparency on existing capabilities, solutions, lessons learned and successful practices and ensuring that expertise is actively transferred between markets.
• Scale successful solutions across the Group, assessing solutions implemented in individual NatCos for reuse and driving their industrialization, adaptation and rollout to additional markets.
• Ensure alignment with IT architectures and technology roadmaps, working closely with enterprise and solution architects to ensure that business requirements and proposed solutions are compatible with target architectures, integration principles and strategic platforms.
• Review and challenge process KPIs, creating transparency on Credit & Collections and Payments performance across NatCos, identifying performance gaps and defining improvement actions together with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level functional expertise and guidance on Credit & Collections and Payments topics, supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs and complex business decisions.
• Manage cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders, connecting NatCo business teams, Group functions, IT, architecture and project organizations to ensure effective decision-making and execution. 

What experience should you have:

  • Deep expertise in Credit & Collections and Payments processes
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, digital payment solutions, and IT platforms
  • Strong cross-country coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead expert communities and complex initiatives without direct line-management responsibility
  • Proven project and implementation leadership experience, ideally in multi-country transformations
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and implementation progress across diverse market and IT environments
  • Strong data- and performance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze operational KPIs, identify root causes, and translate insights into concrete improvements

  • Annual Bonus (Variable Pay): In accordance with the employer’s remuneration policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of their annual total cash, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.*

  • Relocation Bonus: Employees relocating from another country to Slovakia based on an employment contract with DTSE Slovakia are eligible for a EUR 1,500 relocation allowance, paid during the first three months of employment (EUR 500 per month).
