What will be your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:

Take on responsibility as a Senior Payroll Specialist, you are a competent contact person for all HR administrative and payroll-related topics. This includes the following activities:
Ongoing payroll accounting for our employees
Processing salary executions and other payroll-related processes
Competent person for employees, managers and HRBP on all labor law and HR-related issues
Handling correspondence with authorities and offices
Design and subsequent support of our HRIS systems (BMD, BambooHR and ATOSS)
Ongoing data maintenance and updating
Support in the digitalization and optimization of existing and new payroll processes

What experience should you have:

Your expertise:

You are ready to roll up your sleeves with us. You are communicative, stress-resistant and have a quick grasp and an eye for detail. You also have:

Several years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting is essential
Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, university/university of applied sciences)
Very good knowledge of German labor law and operational personnel administration (e.g. payroll accounting & time administration)
Professional experience in the tax consulting industry is an advantage
Good IT user skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
Very good communication skills in German and English
Experience in the operation of DATEV
