What will be your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Take on responsibility as a Senior Payroll Specialist, you are a competent contact person for all HR administrative and payroll-related topics. This includes the following activities:
- Ongoing payroll accounting for our employees
- Processing salary executions and other payroll-related processes
- Competent person for employees, managers and HRBP on all labor law and HR-related issues
- Handling correspondence with authorities and offices
- Design and subsequent support of our HRIS systems (BMD, BambooHR and ATOSS)
- Ongoing data maintenance and updating
- Support in the digitalization and optimization of existing and new payroll processes
What experience should you have:
Your expertise:
You are ready to roll up your sleeves with us. You are communicative, stress-resistant and have a quick grasp and an eye for detail. You also have:
- Several years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting is essential
- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, university/university of applied sciences)
- Very good knowledge of German labor law and operational personnel administration (e.g. payroll accounting & time administration)
- Professional experience in the tax consulting industry is an advantage
- Good IT user skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Experience in the operation of DATEV
