Senior Payroll Specialist DACH (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Take on responsibility as a Senior Payroll Specialist, you are a competent contact person for all HR administrative and payroll-related topics. This includes the following activities:
  
• Ongoing payroll accounting for our employees
  
• Processing salary executions and other payroll-related processes
  
• Competent person for employees, managers and HRBP on all labor law and HR-related issues
  
• Handling correspondence with authorities and offices
  
• Design and subsequent support of our HRIS systems (BMD, BambooHR and ATOSS)
  
• Ongoing data maintenance and updating
  
• Support in the digitalization and optimization of existing and new payroll processes
  

Your expertise:

You are ready to roll up your sleeves with us. You are communicative, stress-resistant and have a quick grasp and an eye for detail. You also have:

• Several years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting is essential
  
• Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, university/university of applied sciences)
  
• Very good knowledge of German labor law and operational personnel administration (e.g. payroll accounting & time administration)
  
• Professional experience in the tax consulting industry is an advantage
  
• Good IT user skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
  
• Very good communication skills in German and English
  
• Experience in the operation of DATEV
