Senior Process Improvement Expert – OTC (SSC/GBS)

We are looking for a hands-on Process Improvement & Execution Lead to support global OTC process optimization initiatives.

• This role reports directly to the Global Process Owner and focuses on process mapping, improvement execution, and change management rollout across global operations.
• The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a practical, execution-driven mindset and the ability to translate process design into real operational impact. 
• This role reports to the Global Process Owner and will work closely with global teams in the EMEA region.

Objective: To lead high-complexity, cross-functional projects that optimize OTC cycle.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English is a must /B2+/
• 5+ years of experience in Finance processes, with expertise in OTC and E2E frameworks.
• Ideal background from SSC, GBS models -  automotive, production, or any that included supply chain management 
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preffered.
• Experience with SAP.
• Ability to communicate effectively on a senior level.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in global transformation programs is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
