What will be your key responsibilities:

We are seeking Senior System Support Specialist to join our clients' team and support a large-scale, historically grown big data application serving over 10,000 active users. The role will involve providing maintenance and support services for a complex platform built on Weblogic, Informatica, and Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly address and resolve technical issues related to the application
  • Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Manage and configure system components, including Weblogic, Informatica, and Oracle
  • Provide support outside of regular business hours as needed

What experience should you have:

  • Weblogic
  • Oracle Database
  • Informatica
  • Red Hat Linux

Nice to have:

  • Data Warehouse concepts
  • ITIL process
  • Incident management tool
