ServiceNow Developer / Administrator

What will you do

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer/ Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to support ITSM and CSM processes, implement enhancements, and maintain data integrity.

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and evolve ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM using Java Script
• Configure integrations with other systems via Integration Hub (Workflow Data Fabric) using Glide API, REST API, SOAP API REST/SOAP API.
• Develop solutions using no-code or JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Build and maintain Flow Designer flows.
• Configure and support CMDB, including data quality and identification (IRE).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Product Owner to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with respective best practices and internal governance standards.

We are looking for these competencies

• Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience programming (JavaScript, C#, Java or others).
• Experience with Glide API, REST API, SOAP API.
• Proven experience and understanding of at least one of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD.
• Understanding of CMDB concepts.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English at a minimum B2 level – both written and spoken.
• Focus on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer
  
  

What is beneficial

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
